I bought the Breville countertop convection oven, which they also call an air-fry machine. Fans circulate the heat and can create that brown crisp coating normally only achieved by frying in oil. You can also roast vegetables, make toast, cook small birds and roasts etc.
I have never enjoyed squash, eggplant, cauliflower, etc. However, they looked good when roasted, so I bough this.
I am glad I did. I now have many more options to choose from for dinner as I continue my plant-based lifestyle change.
Not only do I feel great, have more energy, and have lost lots of weight, but these plant entrees have much more flavor than greasy meat-based meals. Your taste buds will come alive once you start a plant-based diet.
